Monster Party! Using Sesame Street Friends Cricut Cartridge

This week I was able to help a friend with her daughter's birthday party. They were having a monster party and so we cut out lots of little monsters using the Sesame Street Friends Cricut Cartridge. I had a blast making each character. I only wished I had more time to do them all. They are so adorable. They were all made using cardstock by Paper Studio. I used Design Studio to design all of the projects.

Ernie was cut at 10" He was our favorite one, yet took the most work.

Elmo was cut at 10 1/2"
Grover was cut at 18"
Cookie Monster was cut at 15 1/2"
The cookie jar was cut at 11"
The Fish Bowl was cut at 10"
Aren't these little Dorothy's just as cute as can be. Each kid got their own and they played pin the fish on the fish bowl. They were all cut at 10" as well.
The sign was cut at 7". I used Plantin Schoolbook cartridge to do the lettering. The letters were cut at 2 1/2" and the numbers were cut at 1 1/4".

Once There Was A Snowman!

In January 2010, we were in Boise, ID and in hopes of a storm we took along the bright pink snow suit. I didn't even think that there was enough snow to build one snowman, but after building the first I realized their was even still enough to build a much larger one.
The patterned paper is KI Memories Christmas Collection.
Cardstock, glitter cardstock, and brads are from Hobby Lobby. Sticker accents are from Holiday Time.
Ribbon is American Crafts and fiber is from Adornments. The rhinestone snowflakes are Finishing Accents.
All of the lettering was cut with the Alphalicious Cricut Cartridge. The first page words were welded together using the Cricut Design Studio.

First Campout!

For the 4th of July weekend, we took our daughter on her first camping trip. We met some friends in Logan Canyon. The kids loved playing in the dirt.

Grand Tetons!

The summer after we moved to Logan, we went to visit Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. This was such a fun trip for us. We took a long weekend and made almost everything we ate in Dutch Ovens. We had finally bought a tent and the camping gear we needed and hit the campground.
The paper is Creative Memories and the Cardstock sticker is from Hobby Lobby. The other stickers and patches I purchased at gift shops.

Family Time

Christmas 2007, most of our family was able to be together and we were able to get some pictures. I did have one brother and his family missing and yes I am the only girl. Another year we might all be able to get us all together

The font was cut using the Alphalicious Cricut Cartridge. The paper, flower accents, and quotes are Carolee's Creations.

Sweethearts Ball

During our time in Logan, our stake would hold a "Sweethearts Ball" at Valentine's. They told the husbands to try and do something creative for their wives. Since they already knew they had their spouse for a date. So I came home from work one day and found these cute notes on our bed as well as the sign on our front door "I can think of 100 riesens to go to the Sweethearts ball with me".

I cut the flowers using the Mother's Day cartridge and the stems using the Home Accents Cricut Cartridge. The paper is Basic Grey.
